This mod alters the mechanics of all 6 variations of the Mask of the Shapeshifter, making them act just like the normal skillbooks, teaching the player skills they originally provide.Fane's mask, looted from Windego, will be converted into skillbook ONLY if you start a new game with this mod, otherwise it will act like a helmet, even if you kill her AFTER installing a mod. Any masks, that you already have on your characters, are NOT going to be converted into skillbooks and will continue to act like a helmet. **IMPORTANT FOR EXISTING SAVES** The only way to obtain a "skillbook" masks on an EXISTING SAVE which you played without this mod is CRAFTING.Mod allows you to be in any desired form without wearing the Mask Of The Shapeshifter itself and suffering armor, stats and fashion penalties.
This will unlock the hatch leading there, and the staging area is where you'll find the Magic Mirror.This is the mod I originally made for my personal use but eventually decided to publish due to absence of a proper mod with similar functionality. Behind the statue is the Ghetto's kitchen, where you'll learn about the Arena of Fort Joy by talking to Noosey. Simply head towards the Fort Joy Ghetto, then go south towards the waypoint statue. It's relatively near the beginning of the game, making it easier and faster to access. It doesn't simply break immersion and place it in the open, though. Things included in it can be enabled through the menu screen, including the Fort Joy Magic Mirror. You'll do so by enabling Gift Bag # 2's goodies, which was a free update that came with the announcement of the Switch version of Divinity: Original Sin II. The second way to unlock it, and it's arguably the easier way. Later on, the ship becomes inaccessible, but the Mirror can still be found at the Hall of Echoes and can be teleported to. On its lower deck is the Magic Mirror, and you can go to it pretty much right away.
At the beginning of Act II, your character will board a ship called Lady Vengeance. The regular way is by progressing through the story.
